L\u00e4gg ett lager skivad aubergine i botten och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite salt och torkad oregano. L\u00e4gga sedan ett lager med skivad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k och tomater. Droppa \u00f6ver lite olivolja samt lite mer torkad oregano. L\u00e4gg sedan ett lager till med aubergine och varva med tomat, r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k. Avsluta med ett lager aubergine p\u00e5 toppen och n\u00e5gra halverade k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater. Droppa \u00f6ver lite extra olivolja.<\/div>\n<div>St\u00e4ll in i ugnen i cirka 25 minuter. Om det b\u00f6rjar se lite torrt\/br\u00e4nt ut p\u00e5 toppen l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ugnsfolie och l\u00e5t g\u00e5 i cirka 15 minuter till. Ta ut grat\u00e4ngen och smula \u00f6ver fetaost. St\u00e4ll in en liten stund i ugnen igen s\u00e5 att osten blir varm.
