Koka riset enligt anvisningen p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Fl\u00e4skfrikadeller:<\/strong><br \/>1. Hacka vattenkastanjerna fint och l\u00e4gg i en bunke. Riv ingef\u00e4ran och krama saften ur den ner i bunken. Blanda med str\u00f6br\u00f6d, fisks\u00e5s, vitl\u00f6k, socker och chiliflakes. L\u00e5t sv\u00e4lla n\u00e5gon minut. Tills\u00e4tt fl\u00e4skf\u00e4rsen och r\u00f6r ihop till en j\u00e4mn smet. Rulla till sm\u00e5 frikadeller med bl\u00f6ta h\u00e4nder.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Soppa:<\/strong><br \/>1. Koka upp vatten och buljongt\u00e4rningar med fisks\u00e5s, limesaft, soja, socker och chiliflakes.<br \/>2. Skala av de yttersta bladen p\u00e5 purjol\u00f6ken och sk\u00e4r det som blir kvar i tunna, sneda skivor. L\u00e4gg varsamt ner frikadellerna i buljongen och l\u00e5t sjuda ca 4 min. <br \/>3. Tills\u00e4tt purjol\u00f6ksskivorna och sjud ytterligare 2 min. L\u00e4gg i de frysta sojab\u00f6norna och l\u00e5t allt bli varmt.
