Best\u00e4m styrkan sj\u00e4lv med mer eller mindre chili <br \/>1 huvud broccoli <br \/>0,5 st gurka <br \/>2 dl yoghurt, turkisk <br \/>1 st limefrukt <br \/>rapsolja <br \/>1 st salt <br \/>sm\u00f6r <br \/>2 dl ris <br \/>svartpeppar<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Koka ris enligt anvisning p\u00e5 paketet.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>L\u00e4gg laxfil\u00e9n skuren i mindre bitar, r\u00e4kor, \u00e4gg, koriander, chili, vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, ingef\u00e4ra, saften fr\u00e5n \u00bd lime, <br \/>1 tsk salt och 2 krm peppar i en matberedare. Mixa till en sl\u00e4t konsistens och forma sm\u00e5 biffar av f\u00e4rsen.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Hetta upp en panna med 1 msk olja och 1 msk sm\u00f6r. Stek laxbiffarna p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme s\u00e5 att de f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg. <br \/>L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver dem i en ugnsfast form och s\u00e4tt in i ugnen ca 10 min. Torka ur pannan.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Sk\u00f6lj och dela broccolihuvudet i sm\u00e5 buketter och fr\u00e4s p\u00e5 dem i lite olja i pannan. <br \/>Salta och peppra efter smak.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Dela en gurka p\u00e5 mitten och sedan p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden. Gr\u00f6p ur det vattniga med en sked och sk\u00e4r den i halvm\u00e5nar. <br \/>Blanda med broccolin i en sk\u00e5l.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Finhacka lite koriander och blanda med yoghurt.
