Salta och peppra. Tills\u00e4tt tomatpur\u00e9, lagerblad, timjan och kapris och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa vidare ett par minuter. Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 vinet och l\u00e5t det puttra in n\u00e5gra minuter.<br \/>Tills\u00e4tt sedan senap och fond och sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 vatten s\u00e5 att det t\u00e4cker. L\u00e5t grytan puttra under lock p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme ca 20-30 min, eller till gr\u00f6nsakerna mjuknat. Koka under tiden linserna enligt anvisning p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.<br \/>Fr\u00e4s champinjoner och p\u00e4rll\u00f6k i en stekpanna tills de f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg. Salta och peppra. Tills\u00e4tt sedan fr\u00e4set samt linserna i grytan, och l\u00e5t allt puttra ytterligare 10 minuter.
