{"id":1796460544,"date":"2016-06-08T22:03:56","date_gmt":"2016-06-08T20:03:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kakann.se\/2016\/june\/thailandsk-biffsallad.html"},"modified":"2016-06-08T22:03:56","modified_gmt":"2016-06-08T20:03:56","slug":"2016_june_thailandsk-biffsallad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kakann.se\/?p=1796460544","title":{"rendered":"Thail\u00e4ndsk Biffsallad"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Jag m\u00e5ste medge att n\u00e4r jag och M satt ig\u00e5r och tittade efter recept i kokb\u00f6ckerna och han f\u00f6reslog biffsallad s\u00e5 gjorde inte mina smakl\u00f6kar v\u00e5gen direkt, jag tyckte att det l\u00e4t r\u00e4tt trist, men det fick jag \u00e5ngra idag, det var verkligen j\u00e4ttegott och kommer bli en favorit!<\/p>\n<p>Jag gjorde en thail\u00e4ndsk morotssallad till som ocks\u00e5 smakade riktigt gott.<\/p>\n<p>Thail\u00e4nds Biffsallad:<\/p>\n<p>250 g entrec\u00f4te, oxfil\u00e9 eller biff<\/p><\/div>\n<div>2 tsk finhackad vitl\u00f6k<\/div>\n<div>2 tsk finhackad f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra<\/div>\n<div>1 tsk sambal oelek<\/div>\n<div>3 msk ostrons\u00e5s<\/div>\n<div>1 msk svart chilipasta<\/div>\n<div>4 msk olja<\/div>\n<div>2 sm\u00e5 r\u00f6dl\u00f6kar i tunna klyftor<\/div>\n<div>2 tsk socker<\/div>\n<div>\u00bd st\u00e5nd med stj\u00e4lkselleri<\/div>\n<div>2 msk limesalt<\/div>\n<div>1-2 tomater skurna i tunna klyftor<\/div>\n<div>\u00bd gurka<\/div>\n<div>f\u00e4rsk koriander till garnering<\/div>\n<div>f\u00e4rsk r\u00f6d chili hackad till garnering<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>G\u00f6r en marinad av vitl\u00f6k, ingef\u00e4ra, sambal oelek, ostrons\u00e5s, chilipasta och olja. Blanda och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver det strimlade k\u00f6ttet och l\u00e5t det dra i minst 30 minuter (helst ett dygn) i kylsk\u00e5p.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s k\u00f6ttet tillsammans med marinaden i en wokpanna tillsammans med h\u00e4lften av r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken och blanda det sen direkt med den skivade sellerin i en sk\u00e5l. L\u00e5t svalna och smaka av med limesaft och salt.<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Arrangera salladen p\u00e5 ett stort fat. R\u00e4tten ska serveras kallt.<\/p>\n<p>Morotssallad:<\/p>\n<p>4 mor\u00f6tter (500 g)<\/p><\/div>\n<div>1\u00bd msk nyriven f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra<\/div>\n<div>1 msk pressad lime<\/div>\n<div>2 msk risvin\u00e4ger<\/div>\n<div>\u00bd tsk salt<\/div>\n<div>1 krm svartpeppar.<\/p>\n<p>Finstrimla eller riv mor\u00e4tterna.
