F\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen blev inte s\u00e5 j\u00e4ttebra, degen var lite v\u00e4l elastisk och drog ihop sig.<\/div>\n<div>Men den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen blev det riktigt bra n\u00e4r vi testade att g\u00f6ra majstortillas.<\/p>\n<p>6-7 sm\u00e5 tortillas<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><br \/>2 dl majsmj\u00f6l<br \/>1,5 msk fiberhusk<br \/>1 msk maizena<br \/>3\/4 tsk salt<br \/>1 \u00e4gg<br \/>1,5 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<br \/>1. Blanda samman dom torra ingredienserna<br \/>2. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4gget och mj\u00f6lken och r\u00f6r till en j\u00e4mn deg.<br \/>3. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 10 min och dra.<br \/>4. Rulla ut degen till en l\u00e4ngd (Anv\u00e4nd majsmj\u00f6l vid utbakning) och dela i 6 bitar.<br \/>5. Platta till och kavla ut varje bit till en tunn, fin &amp; rund tortilla eller pressa ut i tortillapressen.<br \/>Anv\u00e4nd rikligt med majsmj\u00f6l s\u00e5 att det g\u00e5r l\u00e4tt att handskas med dom tunna br\u00f6den.<br \/>6. Trava f\u00e4rdiga tortillas ovanp\u00e5 varandra p\u00e5 en tallrik. L\u00e4gg en annan tallrik, upp och ned \u00f6ver som lock s\u00e5 att dom inte torkar till.<br \/>7. N\u00e4r alla \u00e4r utkavlade, hetta upp en torr stekpanna.<br \/>8. Stek br\u00f6den ca 25-30 sek \/ per sida, tills br\u00f6den f\u00e5r fin gyllene f\u00e4rg.<br \/>9.
