Vi valde att halvera receptet och gjorde grat\u00e4ngen i den fina formen jag fick av Axels flickv\u00e4n Erica i f\u00f6delsedagspresent, passade perfekt\u00a0 en grat\u00e4ng f\u00f6r tv\u00e5 personer.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Ingredienser<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>600 g fiskfil\u00e9er tex g\u00f6s<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Potatismos:<br \/>700 g mj\u00f6lig potatis<br \/>1\u00bd dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>20 g Sm\u00f6r<br \/>2 \u00e4ggulor<br \/>2 krm salt<br \/>1 krm nymalen vitpeppar<br \/>200 g champinjoner<br \/>1 purjol\u00f6k<br \/>1 msk\u00a0 Sm\u00f6r<br \/>1\u00bd dl torrt vitt vin<br \/>1 msk hackad f\u00e4rsk dragon<br \/>1 msk vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>2\u00bd dl Arla K\u00f6ket\u00ae vispgr\u00e4dde<br \/>rivet skal av \u00bd citron<br \/>1\u00bd tsk salt<br \/>2 krm vitpeppar<br \/>\u00bd dl grovhackad mandel<br \/>1 dl cheddar riven<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Garnering:<br \/>200 g skalade r\u00e4kor<br \/>f\u00e4rsk dragon<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>B\u00f6rja med moset. <br \/>Skala och sk\u00e4r potatisen i bitar, koka den mjuk i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten. H\u00e4ll av vattnet.<br \/>V\u00e4rm mj\u00f6lken och vispa ner den och sm\u00f6ret i potatisen till ett j\u00e4mnt mos. <br \/>Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ggulorna under vispning. Smaka av med salt och peppar. <br \/>L\u00e4gg moset i en spritsp\u00e5se, ev med tyll f\u00f6r fint m\u00f6nster.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200\u00b0.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Skiva champinjoner och purjol\u00f6k. Fr\u00e4s dem i sm\u00f6r i en stekpanna. <br \/>Tills\u00e4tt vin och dragon.<br \/>R\u00f6r ut mj\u00f6let i lite av gr\u00e4dden. Vispa ner det i pannan. <br \/>Tills\u00e4tt resten av gr\u00e4dden, citronskal, 1 tsk salt och peppar. <br \/>L\u00e5t koka ihop p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme 2-3 min. <br \/>Dela fisken i stora bitar och l\u00e4gg i en smord ugnss\u00e4ker form. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver \u00bd tsk salt. <br \/>H\u00e4ll s\u00e5sen p\u00e5 fisken, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver mandel och ost. <br \/>Spritsa potatismoset runt fisken.
