Ca 2 min per sida i en het panna med sm\u00f6r. Gl\u00f6m inte salt och peppar L\u00e5t vila, man kan g\u00f6ra detta l\u00e5ngt i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g.<\/div>\n<div>Men skiva inte upp k\u00f6ttet f\u00f6rr\u00e4n det \u00e4r dags att ha den p\u00e5 salladen.<\/div>\n<div>Koka upp vatten och l\u00e4gg i socker\u00e4rtorna, l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i ca 1 minut och sk\u00f6lj sedan i kallt vatten. Strimla gr\u00f6nsakerna, hacka vitl\u00f6k, chili, koriander och mynta. Ha allt i en sk\u00e5l.<br \/>Blanda alla ingredienser till s\u00e5sen i en sk\u00e5l och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver salladen. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver salladen p\u00e5 ett fat som ni \u00f6nskar servera fr\u00e5n. Sk\u00e4r k\u00f6ttet i fina skivor och ha p\u00e5 salladen. Ha p\u00e5 llimeklyftor och sesamfr\u00f6n. Vi gick av vid Nybroplan och gick upp till Kungstr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden d\u00e4r Smaka p\u00e5 Stockholms sista dag p\u00e5gick.
