S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Skala och sk\u00e4r pumpa och rotselleri i sm\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar, 2&#215;2 cm.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Skr bort den tjockaste delen av stammen fr\u00e5n svartk\u00e5len och grovstrimla bladen. Sk\u00f6lj linserna.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>2. L\u00e4gg rotfrukterna, k\u00e5l och linser i en ugnss\u00e4ker form. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver olja. Blanda ihop krossade tomater, vatten, \u00f6rter, salt och svartpeppar. H\u00e4ll blandningen \u00f6ver gr\u00f6nsakerna och blanda runt s\u00e5 att allt t\u00e4cks av v\u00e4tska.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>3. Tillaga mitt i ugnen 45 minuter. Ta ut formen, smula \u00f6ver fetaosten och st\u00e4ll tillbaka formen i ugnen. Gratinera ytterligare ca 15 minuter, tills rotfrukter och linser mjuknat och osten f\u00e5tt en gyllene f\u00e4rg.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>4. Sallad:\u00a0 Ansa och hyvla f\u00e4nk\u00e5len tunt p\u00e5 mandolin.
