Sk\u00f6lj dem i kallt vatten. Skala r\u00e4korna. Hacka, skiva och riv de \u00f6vriga ingredienserna. Blanda ihop r\u00e4kor, nudlar, mor\u00f6tter, gurka, sallad, l\u00f6k och b\u00f6nor tillsammans med s\u00e5sen. Toppa salladen med cashewn\u00f6tter och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver koriander.
