Tror inte jag har \u00e4tit det sedan mamma gjorde det n\u00e4r man var liten och det v\u00e4cker verkligen barndomsminnen.<br \/>Men \u00e4nd\u00e5 kommer man ih\u00e5g smaken med lite skr\u00e4ckblandad f\u00f6rtjusning.\u00a0<br \/>Det \u00e4r en udda kombination men \u00e4nd\u00e5 s\u00e5 god.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Du beh\u00f6ver<br \/>800 g kalvh\u00f6grev<br \/>3 mor\u00f6tter<br \/>0,5 purjol\u00f6k<br \/>50 g dill<br \/>2 lagerblad<br \/>3 dl gr\u00e4dde<br \/>0,5 dl \u00e4ttika (12 %)<br \/>0,75 dl socker<br \/>1 tsk dillfr\u00f6<br \/>5 vitpepparkorn<br \/>maizenaredning<br \/>salt<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/strong><br \/>Sk\u00e4r k\u00f6ttet i 2&#215;2 cm t\u00e4rningar. L\u00e4gg i k\u00f6ttet i en kastrull och h\u00e4ll i vatten s\u00e5 att det t\u00e4cker.<br \/>Koka i 2 min och skumma av skummet som l\u00e4gger sig p\u00e5 ytan.<br \/>Sk\u00e4r mor\u00f6tter och purjol\u00f6k i 3 cm tjocka skivor och tills\u00e4tt i kastrullen. L\u00e4gg i lagerblad, dillfr\u00f6n och vitpepparkorn.<br \/>L\u00e5t koka p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i ca 2 h. L\u00e5t inte koka tort utan tills\u00e4tt vatten s\u00e5 att det hela tiden<br \/>t\u00e4cker k\u00f6ttet.<br \/>Koka tills k\u00f6ttet \u00e4r m\u00f6rt och faller s\u00f6nder. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dden, koka upp. Smaka av med socker<br \/>och \u00e4ttika. Lite i taget till \u00f6nskad smak.<br \/>Red av med majzena-redning.<br \/>Hacka dillen och l\u00e4gg i kastrullen.
