Perfekta f\u00f6r vardagsmatlagningen.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Halloumiburgare med avokado<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>4 port<\/div>\n<div>2 pkt halloumi \u00e1 200 g<br \/>olja att steka i<\/div>\n<div><strong>Picklad l\u00f6k<\/strong><br \/>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<br \/>\u00bd dl \u00e4ttika<br \/>1 dl socker<br \/>1 \u00bd dl vatten<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>Dressing<\/strong><br \/>2 dl creme fraiche<br \/>1 msk dijonsenap<br \/>1 liten citron zest och saft<br \/>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<br \/>1 krm tabasco<br \/>1 krm salt<br \/>1 krm svartpeppar<\/div>\n<div><strong>Till servering\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>huvudsallad<br \/>2 tomater<br \/>2 avokado<br \/>100 g strimlade soltorkade tomater<br \/>Hambugerbr\u00f6d eller toastbr\u00f6d<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Dela halloumin i 2 delar p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden.<br \/>Skiva r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken s\u00e5 tunt du kan i ringar.<br \/>Koka upp \u00e4ttika, vatten och socker.<br \/>L\u00e4gg l\u00f6ken i den varma \u00e4ttikslagen och l\u00e5t den dra tills servering.<br \/>Riv eller pressa vitl\u00f6ken i en sk\u00e5l.<br \/>Riv \u00f6ver citronskal och pressa ner citronsaften.<br \/>Tills\u00e4tt salt, peppar, tabasco och dijonsenap.<br \/>Blanda runt och ha sen i creme friache och r\u00f6r ihop till en sl\u00e4t dressing.<br \/>Skiva tomater och avokado och sk\u00f6lj salladen.<br \/>Hetta upp en stekpanna med olja i.<br \/>Stek halloumin p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme ca 4 minuter p\u00e5 varje sida s\u00e5 den f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg och \u00e4r helt varm och mjuk hela v\u00e4gen igenom.<br \/>(den stekta halloumin kan h\u00e5llas varm i en 100 g ugn om det beh\u00f6vs, <br \/>viktigt att den \u00e4r helt varm vid servering d\u00e5 \u00e4r konsistenes som b\u00e4st, d\u00e4rf\u00f6r steker man den sist).<br \/>Bred dressing i br\u00f6den p\u00e5 b\u00e5de botten och locket, str\u00f6 ut soltorkade tomater, <br \/>l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett salladsblad, skivor av tomat och avokado.
