Jag och M har k\u00f6rt en smoothievecka s\u00e5 vi t\u00e4nkte unna oss ett bes\u00f6k p\u00e5 Bj\u00f6rn Franz\u00e9ns gastropub, The Flying Elk som ligger i Gamla Stan. Har h\u00f6rt att maten ska vara hyfsad.<\/p>\n<p>Vi b\u00f6rjade med <em>Handskuren R\u00e5biff med sotade \u00f6rter &#8211;\u00a0getost, friterad r\u00f6dbeta, sojapicklad silverl\u00f6k samt svart sesam &amp; lakrits<\/em>.Himmelsk \u00e4r det r\u00e4tta ordet, s\u00e5 gott! R\u00e5biff fick en helt ny inneb\u00f6rd.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kakann\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/rabiff_56ad462eddf2b31c85192b8f.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"image ios-app-offline\" data-oid=\"56ad462eddf2b31c85192b8f\" \/><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>Till huvudr\u00e4tt blev det <em>Stekt torskrygg -Glaserad k\u00e5l, majrova \u201descabeche\u201d samt sauce hollandaise med l\u00e4ttvispad bacongr\u00e4dde.<\/em> Om r\u00e5biffen smakade himmelskt s\u00e5 var det h\u00e4r sn\u00e4ppet b\u00e4ttre, fantastiskt gott, det sm\u00e4lte i munnen. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r nog det godaste jag \u00e4tit p\u00e5 restaurang. Servicen och maten var precis vad man kunde \u00f6nska sig.
