Sp\u00e4nnande och annorlunda smaker som gjorde tacosmiddagen till en helt annan \u00e4n den vanliga k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rstacosen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rst gjorde vi Coleslaw Kimchi:<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 vitk\u00e5lshuvud, v\u00e4ldigt tunt hyvlad<\/p><\/div>\n<div>1 liten morot, skalad och riven<\/div>\n<div>8 cm purjol\u00f6k, fint skivad<\/div>\n<div>1 \u00e4pple, skalat, urk\u00e4rnat och finhackat<\/div>\n<div>2 tsk riven ingef\u00e4ra<\/div>\n<div>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, pressad<\/div>\n<div>1 msk str\u00f6socker<\/div>\n<div>2 msk gochujaru (koreansk chili)<\/div>\n<div>1 msk fisks\u00e5s<\/div>\n<div>1 msk risvin\u00e4ger<\/div>\n<div>1 tsk salt<\/div>\n<div>2 tsk sesamolja<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Blanda ingef\u00e4ra, vitl\u00f6k, socker, gochujaru, fisks\u00e5s, risvin\u00e4ger, salt och sesamolja till en pasta. L\u00e4gg alla gr\u00f6nsaker i en stor bunke och blanda v\u00e4l med pastan, l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i 30 minuter i kylen.<\/p>\n<p>Sen sesamaioli:<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>2 dl majonn\u00e4s<\/div>\n<div>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, riven<\/div>\n<div>2 tsk sesamolja<\/div>\n<div>1 msk rostade vita sesamfr\u00f6n<\/div>\n<div>1 msk rostade svarta sesamfr\u00f6n<\/div>\n<div>1 msk ljus soja (kikkoman)<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Vispa ihop allt och smaks\u00e4tt ev. med salt<\/p>\n<p>Tortillabr\u00f6d (20 sm\u00e5):<\/p>\n<p>8\u00a0dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p><\/div>\n<div>1\u00bd tsk bakpulver<\/div>\n<div>\u00bd tsk salt<\/div>\n<div>\u00bd dl olja<\/div>\n<div>3 dl vatten<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Blanda samman mj\u00f6l, salt, bakpulver. Blanda sen ner vatten och olja och r\u00f6r tills det blivit en smidig deg.<br \/>T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 svalt en halvtimme.<\/div>\n<div>Dela degen i 20 bollar, ungef\u00f6r som en pingisboll och kavla varje boll till den \u00e4r ca 2-3 mm tjock. Gr\u00e4dda i en stekpanna i medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme ett par minuter. L\u00e4gg under bakduk och \u00e4t s\u00e5 snart som m\u00f6jligt.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Fisktacos:<\/p>\n<p>400 g torskfil\u00e9<\/p><\/div>\n<div>1 nypa salt<\/div>\n<div>1 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/div>\n<div>2 \u00e4gg, uppvispade<\/div>\n<div>3 dl pankostr\u00f6br\u00f6d<\/div>\n<div>rapsolja till stekning<\/div>\n<div>8 tortillabr\u00f6d<\/div>\n<div>2 avocados, skivade eller t\u00e4rnade<\/div>\n<div>70 g f\u00e4rsk spenat<\/div>\n<div>2 lime i klyftor<\/div>\n<div>1\u00a0kruka koriander<\/div>\n<div>1 mango<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Sk\u00e4r torskfil\u00e9erna i avl\u00e5nga bitar. Salta och v\u00e4nd dem f\u00f6rst i mj\u00f6l, sen i \u00e4gg och sen i str\u00f6br\u00f6det. Stek fisken p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme tills den \u00e4r gyllene och frasig p\u00e5 b\u00e4gge sidor. L\u00e5t rinna av p\u00e5 hush\u00e5llspapper.<\/p>\n<p>Servera den varma fisken i tortillabr\u00f6d med coleslaw, sesamaioli, avocado, spenat, mango, koriander och pressa en klyfta lime \u00f6ver. <\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r var verkligen j\u00e4ttegott, faten l\u00e4nsades hemma.
