Salta p\u00e5 fisken ca 1 timme f\u00f6re tillagning.\u00a0 <br \/>2\u00a0 Koka upp vin, vatten, buljongt\u00e4rning och citronpeppar.\u00a0 <br \/>3\u00a0 Slanta mor\u00f6tterna, strimla purjol\u00f6k och f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, t\u00e4rna palsternackan och sk\u00e4r sparrisen i mindre bitar.\u00a0 <br \/>4\u00a0 L\u00e4gg ner alla gr\u00f6nsaker i den varma v\u00e4tskan. Tills\u00e4tt saffran och sjud tills gr\u00f6nsakerna blir n\u00e4tt och j\u00e4mnt mjuka (al dente).\u00a0 <br \/>5\u00a0 L\u00e5t de saltade fiskbitarna rinna av i ett durkslag. Sjud dem sedan 5 minuter i grytan.\u00a0 <br \/>6\u00a0 Toppa grytan med r\u00e4kor och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k.
