L\u00e4gg cremen i en soritsp\u00e5se och l\u00e4gg i kylen tills den ska serveras.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Hetta upp oljan till 170 grader i en kastrull. Fritera kaprisen riktigt krispig. L\u00e5t rinna av p\u00e5 hush\u00e5llspapper.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Uppl\u00e4ggning:<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>F\u00f6rdela bresolaskivorna p\u00e5 tallrikar. Spritsa parmesancreme och l\u00e4gg lite fint t\u00e4rnad melon och tunt skrivade jordgubbar. spritsa ytterligare parmesancreme, smula \u00f6ver friterad kapris och garnera med n\u00e5gra basilikablad.
