Anv\u00e4nd riktigt mogna och aromatiska tomater f\u00f6r godast smak p\u00e5 soppan. Mixa g\u00e4rna mellan olika tomatsorter, p\u00e4rltomater \u00e4r goda att ha i. Du kan utesluta zucchinin, den ger dock gazpacho en fantastisk naturlig kr\u00e4mig konsistens. Gillar du sting kan du tills\u00e4tta f\u00e4rsk chili. Du kan g\u00f6ra egna krutonger, sk\u00e4r dagsgammalt br\u00f6d i t\u00e4rningar och stek lite olivolja tills de f\u00e5r en knaprig konsistens.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<br \/>Skala gurkan och hacka alla gr\u00f6nsaker i stora bitar. L\u00e4gg i en mixer eller matberedare, du kan \u00e4ven anv\u00e4nda en stavmixer.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt citronsaft, vitl\u00f6ksklyftan, olivolja, balsamvin\u00e4ger, salt och peppar.<\/p>\n<p>Mixa soppan tills den n\u00e5r \u00f6nskad konsistens. Du kan v\u00e4lja att ha gazpachon helt sl\u00e4t eller med bitar i.<\/p>\n<p>Smaka av och krydda eventuellt med mer citron, balsamvin\u00e4ger, salt eller peppar.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll i kylen i minst 2 timmar, g\u00e4rna l\u00e4ngre.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda gazpachon ordentligt innan servering. L\u00e4gg upp i sm\u00e5 sk\u00e5lar eller glas, toppa med finhackad gurka, basilika och br\u00f6dkrutonger.
