Blev sjuk fredagen innan jul, har haft feber, frossa, snuva och hostan fr\u00e5n helvetet. \u00c4r fortfarande inte riktigt bra men b\u00f6rjar k\u00e4nna hopp om livet.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Idag gjorde vi fisk till middag, s\u00e5 himla gott. S\u00e5sen skulle jag l\u00e4tt kunna \u00e4ta med sked. Fort och l\u00e4tt var det, rekomenderas verkligen!<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Du beh\u00f6ver<br \/>700 g torskrygg<br \/>2 msk japansk soja<br \/>2 tsk sesamolja<br \/>4 tsk svarta sesamfr\u00f6n<br \/>100 g osaltat sm\u00f6r<br \/>4,5 msk vit misopasta<br \/>4,5 msk sake, torr sherry eller torrt vitt vin<br \/>3 msk mirin eller 1 msk honung<br \/>250 g edamameb\u00f6nor<br \/>125 g socker\u00e4rter<br \/>2 msk gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k, finhackad<br \/>nymalen svartpeppar<br \/>nykokt ris till servering<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<br \/>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 150 grader. <br \/>Sk\u00e4r torsken i 4 lika stora bitar. Pensla gener\u00f6st med soja och sesamolja. Mal \u00f6ver peppar. Str\u00f6 sesamfr\u00f6n \u00f6ver. <br \/>Tillaga fisken i ugnen ca 10 minuter, eller till fiskens innertemperatur \u00e4r ca 52 grader.<br \/>Tillaga edamameb\u00f6norna enligt anvisning p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen. <br \/>Bryn sm\u00f6ret under omr\u00f6rning i en kastrull p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme till det doftar kola. Dra bort fr\u00e5n plattan, l\u00e5t svalna i 1 minut. H\u00e4ll i sake, mirin och miso, r\u00f6r om v\u00e4l. <br \/>L\u00e4gg edamameb\u00f6nor och socker\u00e4rter i det brynta sm\u00f6ret och v\u00e4nd runt.<br \/>L\u00e4gg upp torsken p\u00e5 tallrikar tillsammans med edamame och socker\u00e4rtor. H\u00e4ll resterande sm\u00f6r \u00f6ver torsken och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k.
