Jag hade inga russin hemma, trodde det men tydligen var de slut s\u00e5 jag tog tranb\u00e4r ist\u00e4llet, funkade bra.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>20 bitar<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>50 g j\u00e4st<br \/>5 dl vatten, 37 grader<br \/>2 tsk salt<br \/>2 msk ljus sirap<br \/>\u00a0\u00bd dl rapsolja<br \/>5 dl grovt riven zucchini<br \/>2 dl pumpak\u00e4rnor<br \/>1 dl russin<br \/>14-15 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Till pensling<br \/>1 \u00e4gg<br \/>1 dl pumpak\u00e4rnor<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>1.Smula ner j\u00e4sten i en degblandare. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten, blanda i salt, sirap, olja, riven zucchini, pumpak\u00e4rnor och russin. Arbeta in vetemj\u00f6let, lite i taget, till en smidig deg. S\u00e4tt plastfolie eller l\u00e4gg en bakduk \u00f6ver bunken. L\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa i 30 minuter.<br \/>2.V\u00e4nd upp degen p\u00e5 l\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lat bakbord. Arbeta ihop degen till en rund bulle. L\u00e4gg degen p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper och kavla ut tills den har samma storlek som en l\u00e5ngpanna.<br \/>3.Flytta \u00f6ver hela bakpl\u00e5tspapperet med degen till l\u00e5ngpannan. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver bakduk och l\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa i ytterligare 30 minuter.<br \/>4.S\u00e4tt under tiden ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader.<br \/>5.Vispa upp \u00e4gget l\u00e4tt med gaffel och pensla degen med \u00e4gget, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver pumpak\u00e4rnorna. Markera bitarna genom att sk\u00e5ra med en vass tandad kniv. Gr\u00e4dda br\u00f6det mitt i ugnen i cirka 25 minuter.<br \/>6.Ta ut pl\u00e5ten och flytta \u00f6ver br\u00f6det med bakpl\u00e5tspapperet till ett galler.
