GE OSS DEN, sa jag fort. S\u00e5 vi fick tre p\u00e5sar och ikv\u00e4ll gjorde vi soppa. J\u00e4ttegott, verkligen.<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><span class=\"fclabel field_Ingredienser\">Ingredienser<\/span> <span class=\"fcvalue field_Ingredienser\">8 portioner<br \/>Soppan:<br \/>300 g kantareller, skurna i mindre bitar<br \/>3 schalottenl\u00f6kar, finhackade<br \/>1 1\/2 msk olivolja<br \/>3 dl torrt vitt vin, oekat<br \/>4 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<br \/>4 dl vatten<br \/>1 1\/2 buljongt\u00e4rning med svampbuljong el motsv m\u00e4ngd fond<br \/>1 tsk konjak<br \/>salt och peppar efter smak<br \/>Tillbeh\u00f6r:<br \/>hela kantareller<br \/>lagrad pr\u00e4stost i t\u00e4rningar<br \/>gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k, hackad<br \/>br\u00f6d<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><span class=\"fcvalue field_Ingredienser\"><span class=\"fcvalue field_Ingredienser\"><span class=\"fcvalue field_Ingredienser\"><span class=\"fclabel field_forberedelser\">F\u00f6rberedelser &amp; tillagning<\/span> <span class=\"fcvalue field_forberedelser\">Ansa och sk\u00e4r kantarellerna i mindre bitar. Spara n\u00e5gra kantareller hela till garnering. Skala och finhacka l\u00f6ken. Fr\u00e4s svamp och l\u00f6k i olja under omr\u00f6rning tills v\u00e4tskan kokat in, ca 2 min. Tills\u00e4tt vinet och l\u00e5t koka tills cirka h\u00e4lften \u00e5terst\u00e5r.<br \/> H\u00e4ll gr\u00e4dde och vatten i kastrullen och smula i buljongt\u00e4rningarna. L\u00e5t koka ytterligare ca 10 min. Mixa soppan sl\u00e4t med mixerstav.
