Strimla koriander och dela chilifrukten fint. Blanda ihop ingredienserna och smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><strong>R\u00f6kt gr\u00e4dde<\/strong><br \/>H\u00e4ll gr\u00e4dden i en bunke och r\u00f6k den med en r\u00f6kpistol. Smaka av med salt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saltad gurka<\/strong><br \/>Sk\u00e4r gurkan i tunna skivor och salta l\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saltrostad mandel<\/strong><br \/>Rosta mandel tillsammans med salt i ugnen p\u00e5 170 \u00b0C i ca 15 min.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Granny Smith \u00e4pple<\/strong><br \/>Sk\u00e4r \u00e4pplet i tunna skivor. Frys \u00e4ppelmusten. Vid servering, skrapa av gratin\u00e9n med en sked och sprid \u00f6ver anr\u00e4ttningen.<\/p>\n<p>Plocka sm\u00e5 buketter av dillen. L\u00e4gg gurkan i botten.
