K\u00f6ttet skall\u00a0verkligen bli l\u00f6vtunt. Att l\u00e4gga k\u00f6ttet mellan sm\u00f6rpapper eller plast och kavla uppe p\u00e5 g\u00f6r att k\u00f6ttet kan bli riktigt tunt men h\u00e5ller ihop fint. Eller s\u00e5 ber du styckm\u00e4staren g\u00f6ra det i butiken\/saluhallen n\u00e4r du k\u00f6per k\u00f6ttet.<br \/>L\u00e4gg upp det l\u00f6vtunna k\u00f6ttet f\u00f6rdelat p\u00e5 2 tallrikar. Plasta in tallrikarna och st\u00e4ll i kylen fram till servering\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Tryffelkr\u00e4men<\/strong><br \/>Kn\u00e4ck ett helt \u00e4gg i en cylinder eller en mindre sk\u00e5l. Mixa samman med dijonsenap och r\u00f6dvinsvin\u00e4ger. H\u00e4ll droppvis i olja s\u00e5 att du inte h\u00e4ller f\u00f6r mycket p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng, d\u00e5 spricker majjon.<br \/>N\u00e4r konsistensen k\u00e4nns\u00a0behaglig,\u00a0inte f\u00f6r stum, den ska vara som en s\u00e5s, smaka upp med n\u00e5gra droppar citron, tryffelolja &amp; salt.<br \/>Smaka av och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i kyl till servering.<\/div>\n<div>Rosta pinjen\u00f6tterna och nu \u00e4r det dags att l\u00e4gga upp.<br \/>Sprid \u00f6ver lite ruccola p\u00e5 varje tallrik. Riv \u00f6ver parmesan, str\u00f6 ut rostade pinjen\u00f6tter och klicka ut tryffelmajjo med en liten sked.<br \/>Toppa anr\u00e4ttningen med n\u00e5gra droppar citron &amp; en kvist f\u00e4rsk basilika.
