Oj vad god den var, blev riktigt \u00f6verraskad f\u00f6r det var s\u00e5 enkelt och enkla ingredienser.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du:<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>3\u00a0medelstora auberginer\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2\u00a0\u00e4gg\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1,5 dl\u00a0vetemj\u00f6l\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1 dl\u00a0parmesanost, riven\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>125 g\u00a0mozzarella, i sm\u00e5 bitar\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>olivolja till stekning \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd\u00a0tsk\u00a0salt\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tomats\u00e5s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>250 g\u00a0krossade tomater\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd\u00a0gul l\u00f6k\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0vitl\u00f6ksklyfta\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>5 blad\u00a0f\u00e4rsk basilika, strimlade\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3 msk\u00a0olivolja\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>ca\u00a0\u00bd tsk\u00a0salt\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1 nypa\u00a0socker\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>parmesanost till servering<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1 S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader.<\/p>\n<p>2 Skala auberginerna och sk\u00e4r i 0,5 cm tjocka skivor p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden. L\u00e4gg skivorna p\u00e5 en lutande sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver salt och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i ca 30 minuter, s\u00e5 att den bittra saften rinner ut. Torka av aubergineskivorna lite l\u00e4tt med hush\u00e5llspapper.<\/p>\n<p>3 V\u00e4rm upp olivoljan till tomats\u00e5sen i en kastrull. Hacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k och fr\u00e4s f\u00f6rsiktigt i kastrullen. Tills\u00e4tt krossade tomater, basilika, salt och socker. L\u00e5t puttra under lock p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme i 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>4 Vispa hastigt upp \u00e4ggen i en stor djup tallrik, och h\u00e4ll upp mj\u00f6let i en annan. V\u00e4nd f\u00f6rst aubergineskivorna i \u00e4ggvispet och d\u00e4refter i mj\u00f6let. Sm\u00f6rj en ugnsfast form med lite olja, l\u00e4gg i aubergine och ugnsstek i ca 10 minuter, v\u00e4nd skivorna efter halva tiden.<\/p>\n<p>5 Dela aubergineskivorna i tv\u00e5 eller tre bitar p\u00e5 tv\u00e4ren. Varva aubergine, tomats\u00e5s, parmesanost och mozzarella i en liten ugnsfast form.
