{"id":1142764032,"date":"2020-08-06T22:29:32","date_gmt":"2020-08-06T20:29:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kakann.se\/2020\/august\/kanelbullecookies.html"},"modified":"2020-08-06T22:29:32","modified_gmt":"2020-08-06T20:29:32","slug":"2020_august_kanelbullecookies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kakann.se\/?p=1142764032","title":{"rendered":"Kanelbullecookies"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Klockan \u00e4r n\u00e4rmare halv elva p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen och k\u00f6ket doftar ljuvligt av kanelbullecookies som \u00e4r precis uttagna ur ugnen.<br \/>Ganska bra dag \u00e4nd\u00e5, nymanikerade naglar, mina egna dessutom, inga f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngningar eller konstgjorda, l\u00f6jligt glad \u00f6ver det, betyder mycket f\u00f6r mig som \u00e4r en notorisk nagelbitare.<\/div>\n<div>Varit p\u00e5 mitt jobb d\u00e4r jag trivs s\u00e5 bra, bra arbetskamrater, varierande arbetsuppgifter med m\u00e5nga utmaningar och n\u00e4ra att g\u00e5 till\u00a0\ud83d\ude0a<\/div>\n<div>Man har inte vaknat av grannens mastodontrenovering, inga bilande i v\u00e4ggar, inga borrningar eller s\u00e5gningar, s\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt.<\/div>\n<div>H\u00e4rligt v\u00e4der ute dessutom, kommer bli varmt inatt.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>H\u00e4r kommer receptet p\u00e5 kakorna, j\u00e4ttegoda och v\u00e4ldigt enkla.\u00a0<br \/>Jag valde att g\u00f6ra dem mindre \u00e4n de ska vara, men \u00e4r de sm\u00e5 f\u00e5r man ta tv\u00e5, det \u00e4r sen gammal!<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Kanelbullecookies, 24 st:<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<br \/>220 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>3 dl brun farin str\u00f6<br \/>1 dl str\u00f6socker<br \/>2 tsk kanel<br \/>1 tsk kardemumma<br \/>2 \u00e4gg<br \/>2 tsk vaniljsocker<br \/>5.75 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>1 tsk bakpulver<br \/>1 nypa salt<br \/>1 dl p\u00e4rlsocker<br \/>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<br \/>1.S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175\u00b0c och kl\u00e4 tv\u00e5 pl\u00e5tar med bakpl\u00e5tspapper, st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<br \/>2.Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret, l\u00e5t svalna en aning och r\u00f6r ihop det med farinsocker, str\u00f6socker, kanel och kardemumma. Tills\u00e4tt sedan \u00e4gg och vaniljsocker, vispa till en sl\u00e4t smet.<br \/>3.Tills\u00e4tt de torra ingredienserna i smeten (ej p\u00e4rlsocker) och arbeta ihop en tjock och klibbig deg.<br \/>4.Dela degen i 24 j\u00e4mnstora bollar. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 pl\u00e5tarna, platta till l\u00e4tt och toppa med p\u00e4rlsocker och eventuellt lite mer kanel.<br \/>5.Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen i ca. 10 minuter.
