M \u00e4r envis och s\u00e4ger att det kallas Bonnekaka.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>F\u00f6r 4 br\u00f6d:<br \/>Ingredienser<br \/>50 g j\u00e4st<br \/>4 dl vatten<br \/>0,75 dl str\u00f6socker<br \/>1,5 tsk salt<br \/>100 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>2 msk rapsolja<br \/>10,5 dl vetemj\u00f6l, (630 g)<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<br \/>1. R\u00f6r ut j\u00e4sten i lite av vattnet tillsammans med socker och salt.Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret tillsammans med oljan. H\u00e4ll i resten av vattnet och v\u00e4rm till 37\u00b0.<br \/>2. H\u00e4ll degv\u00e4tskan i j\u00e4stblandningen och tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6let, lite i taget. Arbeta till en ganska l\u00f6s deg. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa ca 40 min.<br \/>3. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 275\u00b0 och s\u00e4tt in en pl\u00e5t eller baksten i ugnen. Ta upp degen p\u00e5 en mj\u00f6lad arbetsb\u00e4nk och arbeta den. Dela degen i fyra bitar och rulla till stora bullar. L\u00e5t dem j\u00e4sa ca 10 min.<br \/>4. Platta ut bullarna till runda kakor, ca 1 cm tjocka. L\u00e5t dem j\u00e4sa under bakduk ca 20 min. Nagga och gr\u00e4dda dem en i taget p\u00e5 den heta pl\u00e5ten eller bakstenen ca 5 min. Passa dem noga s\u00e5 de inte br\u00e4nns.
