Tills\u00e4tt tomater, oljan och timjan och r\u00f6r till en j\u00e4mn smet.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Fyll kycklingen och bind ihop den med ett sn\u00f6re.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Hetta upp en panna med olivoljan och bryn kycklingen runt om tills den \u00e4r gyllenbrun.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>L\u00e4gg kycklingen i en stor ugnsform, h\u00e4ll i vin, rosmarin, l\u00f6k, mor\u00f6tter och vitl\u00f6k. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite salt och peppar\u00a0och s\u00e4tt in formen i nedersta delen av ugnen.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Tillaga ca 50-60 minuter eller tills den har en innetemperatur p\u00e5 75 grader. \u00d6s kycklkingen d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. N\u00e4r 20 minuter \u00e5terst\u00e5r s\u00e5 l\u00e4gg in potatisen, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver salt och stek tillsammans med kycklingen.Blev v\u00e4ldigt saftigt och gott.
