Sk\u00f6lj och skiva purjol\u00f6ken. Skala och skiva potatisen. K\u00e4rna ur och finhacka<br \/>pepparfrukten. Skala och hacka vitl\u00f6ken. Fr\u00e4s gr\u00f6nsaker, pepparfrukt och vitl\u00f6k i<br \/>sm\u00f6r i en stor kastull.<br \/>2. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten och smula ner buljongt\u00e4rningen. Koka i ca 15 min. Mixa soppan<br \/>med stavmixer. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 kokosmj\u00f6lken, l\u00e4gg i citrongr\u00e4s och limeblad. Koka ytterligare<br \/>10 min.<br \/>3. Plocka upp citrongr\u00e4s och limeblad. R\u00f6r ner limeskal och limesaft. Smaka av med<br \/>salt och peppar. L\u00e5t soppan kallna.<br \/>4. Servering: Vispa gr\u00e4dden och r\u00f6r ner den i soppan.
