Ansa och sk\u00f6lj purjol\u00f6ken, endast den ljusa delen ska anv\u00e4ndas. Sk\u00e4r potatis och purjol\u00f6k i bitar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. <\/strong>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull.
