Sj\u00e4lv p\u00e5st\u00e5r hon att hon inte har smakat en enda :O<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ca 30 kakor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>130 g hasseln\u00f6tter (2 dl)<\/p>\n<p>300 g m\u00f6rkchoklad eller chokladknappar<\/p>\n<p>230 g rumsvarmt sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>170 g str\u00f6socker (1 3\/4 dl)<\/p>\n<p>120 g farinsocker (1 1\/2 dl)<\/p>\n<p>330\u00a0 g vetemj\u00f6l (5 1\/2 dl)<\/p>\n<p>7 g bikarbonat (1 1\/2 tsk)<\/p>\n<p>3 g vaniljsocker (1 tsk)<\/p>\n<p>3 g salt (1\/2 tsk)<\/p>\n<p>55 g \u00e4gg (1)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r<\/strong> <strong>s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 190 grader. H\u00e4ll hasseln\u00f6tterna i en form och rosta dem i ugnen i cirka 8 minuter.\u00a0 L\u00e5t n\u00f6tterna svalna, l\u00e4gg dem i en\u00a0 ren k\u00f6kshandduk och skrubba av skalen. Hacka hasseln\u00f6tter och hel choklad ganska grovt (chockladknapparna beh\u00f6vs inte hackas). Vispa sm\u00f6r, str\u00f6socker och farinsocker fluffigt i en bunke. Blanda de torra ingredienserna i en annan bunke. R\u00f6r ner \u00e4gget i sm\u00f6rblandningen. Tills\u00e4tt de torra ingredienserna och arbeta ihop till en deg. Arbeta in n\u00f6t- och chokladhacket. Dela degen i 30 bitar, rulla bitarna till kulor och l\u00e4gg dem glest p\u00e5 2 pl\u00e5tar med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.\u00a0 Platta til kulorna lite och gr\u00e4dda dem mitt i ugnen i cirka 10 minuter eler tills kakorna har f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg. L\u00e5t kakorna svalna en aning och flytta d\u00e4refter \u00f6ver dem till ett galler f\u00f6r att svalna helt.
