Men s\u00e5 bl\u00e4ddrade jag i Jennies senaste kokbok och hittade det h\u00e4r receptet, med just fl\u00e4skkarr\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div>Annars \u00e4r jag egentligen inte s\u00e5 f\u00f6rtjust i fl\u00e4skkarr\u00e9, tycker det \u00e4r tr\u00e5kigt och duger mest att g\u00f6ra pulled pork av. R\u00f6r samman alla ingredienser till s\u00e5sen. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<\/div>\n<div>3. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 150 grader. F\u00f6rbered alla gr\u00f6nsakerna. V\u00e4rm br\u00f6det l\u00e4tt i ugnen. L\u00e4gg under br\u00f6dduk medan k\u00f6ttet steks.<\/div>\n<div>4. Hetta upp en stekpanna tills den ryker. Stek k\u00f6ttet i omg\u00e5ngar i lite olja, se till att det verkligen fr\u00e4ser och inte kokar. Servera genast det nystekta k\u00f6ttet i de v\u00e4rmda br\u00f6den med den heta s\u00e5sen, kimchi, r\u00f6dk\u00e5l, avocado, tomater och toppa med salladsl\u00f6k och koriander.
